2. 🚫 No Refunds on AI Subscriptions

All purchases of AI subscription plans, credits, and agent access packages are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly and yearly subscription plans
  • Credit bundles used to launch agents
  • Access to premium AI workflows or dashboards
  • Renewals of existing subscriptions

Once a transaction is completed, users will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of usage, cancellation timing, or account status.


3. 📦 Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized transactions proven through verified account compromise
  • Billing errors caused by platform misconfiguration

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and will be reviewed by TBIGS LLC’s support team. Approval is not guaranteed.


4. 🧠 AI Service Nature

Due to the instant, digital, and consumable nature of AI services and credit-based agent launches, refunds cannot be issued once access is granted or credits are deducted.

  • AI agents may produce variable results depending on user input and context.
  • Subscription access includes usage of proprietary workflows, dashboards, and training logic.
  • These services are considered “used” once activated, regardless of output quality or frequency.

5. 📩 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact:
support@tbligs.com with your transaction ID and account email.
We will respond within 3 business days and investigate accordingly.


6. 📜 Policy Updates

TBIGS LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
